An oldie but a goodie! This embroidery was originally created to become a card design over 15 years ago. The base fabric is a lovely eau-de-nil cotton and each gift is appliquéd from small pieces of Poppy's favourite scrap fabrics.

This piece is stitched by Poppy on her vintage Singer sewing machine. The slightly unpredictable nature of drawing in stitch means that the lines have a naive quality to them.

This piece is a one-off original.
